5.1 Productised Pilots (30-Day Implementation)

Tayside Technical Services operates on a fixed-fee pilot model to ensure rapid deployment and immediate proof of value. These pilots include full environment setup, technical integration, and a dedicated allocation of high-precision AI processing.

• TTS Sentinel Pilot: £2,850
• • Includes: CRM API handshake, ICP parameter calibration, and 250 high-precision credits for forensic lead injection.
• TTS Guardian Pilot: £1,950
• • Includes: Secure ledger synchronisation (Xero/Sage), tone-profile configuration, and 30 days of automated ledger monitoring.
• TTS Pulse Pilot: £1,450
• • Includes: Initial semantic voice mapping, knowledge ingestion cycle, and a 30-day content distribution schedule.

5.2 Managed Operations (Monthly Retainer)

Following a successful pilot, clients transition to Managed Operations. This ensures the continuous optimisation of the AI models and the maintenance of the sovereign cloud environment.

• Managed Sentinel: £3,750 per month
• • Includes: Enterprise-grade governance, continuous market monitoring, and 750 high-precision credits per month.
• Managed Guardian: £2,500 per month
• • Includes: Real-time cashflow forecasting and unlimited automated debt recovery cycles.
• Managed Pulse: £1,850 per month
• • Includes: Ongoing "Voice Refinement" and management of the automated distribution engine across all connected platforms.

5.3 Bespoke Industrial Automation & Engineering

For requirements that fall outside of the productised modules, TTS provides custom engineering services.

• Bespoke Architecture: Pricing is determined on a project-by-project basis following a technical audit.
• Engineering Posture: TTS does not compete on price for custom work. We provide high-integrity, hard-wired solutions for firms that require deterministic results and absolute data sovereignty. All bespoke work is quoted as a fixed-price engagement based on defined technical deliverables.
